The Yarn for Katy's Scarf

This is the yarn I bought for Katy's Christmas gift scarf. It is Koigu Tropics, colorway P113. I'm going to make a variation of the Feather and Fan scarf, without the lacy increase holes. The pattern is here. I'll probably do it on US5's. I'm planning on starting this weekend, so I'll post a picture once you can see some of the wave pattern!

Update 11/15: Didn't get to start this weekend, because I decided the scarf wouldn't be soft and fun with just the Koigu... so I got some Crystal Palace Fizz in Electric Lime and Teal. I'll probably do four rows or so of the fizz before each wave pattern, alternating colors. Won't that look awesome? The new colors will be like this:
